“From the outset the customer service was excellent. Lovely room with great view across to the water. Restaurant staff were so friendly and again the service was excellent. “I’ve stayed here quite a few times when working in the area. Rooms are decent, clean. Would like a bigger tv but not the end of the world. Staff always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really good. Most evenings I work too late to have evening food but I did eat one evening and had the most amazing Butter Chicken. Always the first place I look to book when I’m working in this area. ”

“Started off badly with the room we were issued having a drainage issue causing a bad smell in the room. We spoke to staff through Expedia who offered us a different room. The staff were helpful and made the change in rooms easy and after the bad start everything after was good. Nice quiet place, rooms are nice to look at and clean ”

"King Deluxe Room, 相信除房大一點並沒有用什麼好處, 冷氣制是壞的, 完全不能控制, 但有風可以用. 窗門玻璃很髒, 像幾年沒有清潔. 地版吱吱聲, 床褥並不舒適, 隔音差可聽到隔離房間交談, 門口就是電梯很吵上加吵, 衞生程度一般感覺毛巾沒有深層清潔算是可以用, 整體體驗就是非常差, 但就是沒有一個點衰到極致而要即時投訴或換房. 或者說, 他就像只需要半價的 Holiday Inn 那種狀態, 但就換了個叫 Hilton 的名字. 早餐也是像免費的差不多, 沒有好了多少. 總體而言, 酒店風格很英國, 錢給多了, 但所有事情不變. "
